The core is cut into one stringer and thirteen ribs, creating the so‑called fish core. This fish core is then machined from a paulownia plate laminated on both sides with bio‑epoxy and basalt.

The board is created in 3D manufacturing software. The rails are cut out and the core is divided into one stringer and thirteen ribs. The rail is then 3D printed using r-PETG.

The fish-core and rails are glued together delivering a basis for an ultra light stiff and strong windsurf board.
